Full School Year for Beginner Girl Curriculum with Station Cards

16 beautiful lesson plans with station cards designed to last 2 weeks each. Each has a focus caption and coaching tip to help remind coaches of goals and relevant classroom management. 

These are designed for a 55 minute class, but they are easily modified to fit a variety of structures:

• 5 minute warmup
• 15 minute vault/tramp/strength
• 15 minute floor
• 10 minute bars
• 10 minute beam

There are modifications for skills both up and down included. Previous reviews have indicated that these lesson plans scale well into an Intermediate class at most gyms,  providing a great frame work for those more experienced coaches. 

These lesson plans lead to a final showcase routine which is included as well.
