This will include 100+ at home exercises from the 5 star rated skill/drill cards of the Gymprof! Most exercises will only require a wall, a panel mat, and a kip bar, but you would also benefit from a theraband, foam roller, slider, and small weights. (Modifications will be provided like using a paper plate for a slider or soup cans for weights.) These are PDFS and will require you to print and laminate if desired. You can also use them on an Tablet or Phone!
There will be charts to track your progress and suggestions on how to combine the different drills and exercises.
A bonus: There will be some partner exercises that your gymnast can do with friends of siblings as a game!
