This is a monthly curriculum based on two week rotations for Beginner Girls, Intermediate Girls, and/or Beg/Int Boys Recreational Curriculum. Each month comes with two outlines (see the picture), plus the corresponding station cards with key coaching points, equipment lists, and tips and tricks. The intention is to have the curriculum run for two weeks and then swap out for the second two weeks, but it could be manipulated to work for a two event system. (Combine the two bar rotations, etc.) The curriculum is progressive but also allows for modifications up and down to meet gymnast needs. The curriculums are designed to work together to avoid moving equipment. They are also progressive, but often revisit basics focusing on shapes and a strong foundation.
