About me - The Gym Prof

My name is Dr. Samantha Keehn and I am so excited to share this amazing product with you. Thank you so much for stopping in to see the gymnastics curriculum products I have developed with the help of so many gymnastics professionals from around the world! 

My journey to gymnastics is a little unconventional. I loved it as a kid and learned walkovers, handsprings, back hips circles, mill circles, etc, but never had the opportunity to do competitive gymnastics. Fast forward 20+ years and I had my first child. She was gymnastics obsessed from a young age and it was a hobby we did together. She also had separation anxiety disorder so I found myself sitting in the lobby of the gym, but really she wanted me in the gym. I started coaching rec classes and 2 nights of rec quickly turned into me being the recreational director (preschool, girls, and boys) and coaching our Xcel Silvers and preteam. I also am a professor, so I have found the research skills I learned to be helpful in breaking down skills. My collection of skills and drills is really a hobby of mine.

I started the product for in house use, but people kept asking how to buy it so I started this business.  I have put countless hours into this project so you don't have to!
